Thanks for the laugh and I can't say that I would disagree. "Thesaurus" Its quite comical. I would have to say when looking back on the beginning of my recruiting days I cant say that I didn't learn these things pretty quickly, and unfortunately I didn't learn much or even half of what I was looking to learn by reading blogs, attending recruiting events or reading anyones book. I looked at these things mainly to confirm what I was already putting together on my own.

Obvious challenges like...

How to sell a candidate to a company they may have already applied to?

How to cold call a perspective client?

Where to look for candidates who aren't looking?

How to make a client who isn't hiring?

All answers are at the top of your head and at the tip of your tongue: the HOW/APPROACH is all trial and error in the phone call and at that networking event.

NO RECRUITER LIKES TO SHARE THEIR SCRIPT, and almost all will put on a front and say they don't have a script or a routine, they do!! To all the fresh meats if you wanna do some script training contact me ide be happy to share...exclusively.
