As many now know, I have joined the
Tuttle Agency to recruit, develop business and the brand, and presumably to impart my many years of recruiting knowledge and situational wisdom to my fellow associates.
Technically, I'm a Vice President of Recruiting - but that's only because Supreme Galactic Commander was taken by
Ted Angelus, one of Tuttle's founders and its President. Actually, all great titles are taken by Ted who reacted when I asked for
Supreme Galactic Commander by chortling
I am Supreme Galactic Commander and more!
In all seriousness, we all know there are real openings and real needs and the
Tuttle Agency has some exceptionally talented recruiters. We're a full-service firm with extensive experience in regular and temp search. One of the ways I like to describe Tuttle is by saying that
while our candidates may be passive, we certainly are not: It's a very personal approach here combined with deep talent pool sourcing. It's
Win-Win.
If it hasn't been apparent from my presence on RBC, my expertise is in the technology and professional services sectors: All levels and all functions. However, there are few sectors in which I haven't recruited.
Philosophically, I treat and manage each search as if it is retained
(Tuttle is contingent but with the talent here, I believe we should expand it's healthcare and IT practices into the retained/contained realm). The same creativity - ok, some of you might call it a result of some altered state - you see in my RBC musings comes out in my work: The detail of the recruiting plan and the depth of the specification will lead to a slate that is on target. Isn't this what you want?
So even if you're satisfied with your external search providers, remember -
you're not euphoric. Talk to me - talk to Tuttle.
Be euphoric.
