This is the day 1 anonymous tracks. These included; Connecting the Dots by Randy Bailey and Drip Sourcing by Jim Schnyder.
First up Connecting the Dots by Randy Bailey, Think of this as your crash course in how to follow the bread crumbs to find what you want. Example you found a profile on Linkedin (LI). However there is no contact info and the profile is a little light. However you notice using LI social connect(tool alert, chrome ext), They have a Klout page, so you go there and when you get there Prophet (another tool), shows they have a website. You go there and bingo a full resume and you are set. The journey there is an example of connecting the dots.
Next up Drip Sourcing by Jim Schnyder. Drip sourcing is simply the process were you fill the top of your recruiting funnel with as much as you can find that fit, knowing that by the time you get to the bottom you will only have a few drips but those drips will be gold. Now of course there is a whole process to this that includes; identification, outreach, communication, and more. The key take way to me in all this is outreach and personalization of emails and messaging.
Next week the George Boole Track
