Thank you for the very thorough picture on how recruitment is growing and changing.  Artificial intelligence can now help recruiters find more diverse candidates, through video interviewing that uses facial and speech recognition.  This software is able to recognize the manner in which a person is speaking, and their body language.  That way it saves recruiters a lot of time and energy, and also reduces the chances of unconscious or conscious bias coming from the recruiter during the interview based on what the candidate is wearing, their accent, gender, race, etc.
