The recruiting toolbox got a little bit fuller this week with the discovery of some new services to recruit the talent you seek. Here's a quick recap.

1. TaxJobs

This is a new niche job board that launched this week. It sprang from the TaxTalent.com community of 100,000 corporate tax professionals that's been around for several years. The TaxJobs site goes above and beyond the standard job board by working directly with the employer to create candidate-driven ads. When ads are posted that are not written effectively, TaxJobs notifies the employer and offers a free guide that lays out a step-by-step process to writing jobs ads that attract more qualified candidates. The guide also provides detailed insight on how to enhance the pre-qualification process where candidates can have their questions answered confidentially about the position before they need to apply.

Postings start at $495. Learn more at http://www.taxjobs.com/

2. Source{d}

With a focus on software developers, this new service scans code submitted to repositories on services such as GitHub and Bitbucket, and builds a database of coders according to their skills and experience.

Pricing unknown. Learn more at http://sourced.tech/

3. Talent Signals

This new search engine for developers is offering a free BETA account if you sign up. Claims to show you candidates latest involvement at conferences and meetings, as well as recent tweets and involvement in software projects. "Discover technology events like conferences and meetings where your potential candidates go and talk"...sounds useful.
