I have always thought that most staffing agencies could use their own job board. Today I discovered the Jobspring Partners website. Its a combination job board and company site that really showcases their open technology rec's.

Their design is top notch, and they use the homepage as the job board piece showcasing jobs in an easy to read format. The color scheme is simple and powerful. They make great use of their social media accounts. Applying and sharing is also just a click away.

Just wanted to share this since I think its great execution for a tech staffing firm.
