you forgot the HR Business Partner - the one who mucks up the process by agreeing to whatever demands the Hiring Manager wants (EEO, policies and best practices be damned) and then steals all the glory when the ideal, perfect candidate is hired!

Very true Stacey. This Org Chart will indeed grow. We need to add:
EEOC Compliance Officer (fear mongering tyrant),
Relocation Manager (former Real Estate broker)
Research (professional web surfer and/or Facebook Addict).

ROFLMAO - we just added a graphical org chart mapping tool to SmartSearch, I'm sending this to all my associates for a good laugh. Mind if we use this in our sales process? Priceless!
