Hi everyone. Recruiting Animal here.
I'm looking for recruiters who want to be guests on The Recruiting Animal Show.
It's a one-hour business interview. It's informative and entertaining - but it's not for everyone.
1. The guest sits in the hot-seat
2. Sometimes, there's a lot of yelling
3. It's an open-line show and the callers can be very blunt
Inotherwords, you have to be a hardy soul to want to come on. You can't be someone who's going to go away sad or mad if your standard bragging points don't impress everyone. We don't want that. This a show for humble people who can take a hit and walk away wiser but (for the most part) unscathed.
So, before you put up your hand, you should listen to some shows.
These two recruiters were very popular and the shows weren't rough

@ResumeStrategy says it was because I'm soft on women but that isn't true. If the guest gives good answers why should I get mad? It's only when you're dumb or boring that things get testy.
This was a recent show about candidate experience

This was a recent show with a low key recruiter
http://bit.ly/bcvD79. I thought it was listenable but he took a lot of flack. I didn't mention that there's an after-show led by
@Jerry_Albright during which callers judge the host and the guest. But there is.
This was a very wild show with a job board guy.
http://bit.ly/4FQ6C2. I barely talked. The callers took over.

on Twitter or via email --> RecruitingAnimal@Gmail.com. Or leave a comment here. I see they are still mailed to me
