what are the qualities tested ...when one is looking to recruit a candidate. ...candidate's competency?

1) ability to think

2) ability to listen and obey

3)ability to make choice's and live'n  up to the occassion

4)Given an opportunity will you work, how long will your, are you bothered by the nature of work to be done?

5)why are you seeking to work? ...what work business can you generate for us?

6)to what extent can you go ...in your own interest and to what extent can you go in the interests of the company?

7)do you think the interests of the company and your own interests have anything in common?

8)If you don't get a job here ...what will you do

9)are you well read...if so what do you read, have read

candidate:am comfortable with all of the above, i have also been trying read what is on your mind ...rather i was 

                trying to understand if you can provide with a immediate opportunity or do you require ...other's consent

                apart from mine ?
