What Happens if you Ignore your Company’s Employer Brand?

According to a recent study by Bernard Hodes, 51% of brands have an employer branding strategy set for 2012. These companies have strategies in place to show job seekers what it’s like to work at their company, with the goal of accurately showing off the average employee experience. But what happens to the other 49% of brands that may be ignoring their company’s employer brand?
