Other pet peeves I have would be;

- failure to customize resume to each job you apply to

- failure to maximize your job search

- applying to jobs not qualified for

- calling job board offices thinking they'll help you get a job

Sarah, more than agree about the serial caller. Have not seen this until the last few months. It is a sure way to get me to knock them out as a person who would drive any company nuts if they didn't get what they wanted when they want it. I have one that continues to call five times a day after she has been told that the job is filled. Ready to change the phone number or move and leave no forwarding address.
