Bill,

You've once again hit the nail on the head. I can't even count how many times I've experienced it personally inside & outside of the recruiting world. I love to tell my disciples what Hal Holbrook told Charlie Sheen in Wall Street over 20 years ago: "Man looks in the abyss, there's nothing staring back at him. At that moment, man finds his character. And that is what keeps him out of the abyss."

When you get to that "self-preservation intersection" (assuming you don't give up as many do), you subconsciously mobilize unimaginable forces that attract success and as such well known's as Napoleon Hill, Brian Tracy, et. al. will insist, is ESSENTIAL that one must experience hitting that absolute bottom before they can ever realize true greatness. Well done Bill...

Fantastic message. I cut my teeth on Bill's books. I highly recommend them. If you are a recruiter, do yourself a favor and get everything Bill offers. You won't be disappointed.
