According to HRMarketer’s Insight software, over 19,000 articles have been posted on HR and the holidays over the past three months, which is about 18,995 more than are probably necessary.

The #1 post, not surprisingly, builds a business case for actually disconnecting and decompressing during the holidays.  It’s not hard to figure out why this post found such an audience with recruiting and HR professionals– and offered some thought leadership advice worth actually worth taking to heart.

 

Not that you needed to be convinced – the other option is staying around for the final deluge of ho-ho-holiday themed blog posts and year end wrap ups.
