Does your company have a Talent Brand or Employer brand? Why would someone want to establish a lasting career with your company? What do you offer your employees?

In this changing economy we have to start thinking differently and more creatively. What does your company do different? How do you brand your company for recruiting?

Think it is a good piece. short over view, connects the dots between attract and retain to the concept of talent - employment branding. She does her due diligence by quoting information from HCI, a well respected leader in accurate information. Nothing super new to the employment branding space where we see the term getting to be old hat - but sounds like she knows what she is talking about.
