I have so many stories but will stat with this one.

Going back several years I got my first job order from a large transpertation company. They asked me to find a land development engineer for a project. We were on 20% comm.

They interviewed 6 people. It took 7 weeks and then they hired an internal candidate.

The best part was after that they were no longer a client but a good place to sourse. I placed 7 of their engineers with other clients.
