Hi All,
I'm looking for a simple ATS that's easy for hiring managers to use. Are you using any of these tools? If so your feedback on your experience would be much appreciated.
JobScore looks innovative- have you had any experience with their "resume sharing" feature?
Thank you!

Tracy,
Our team has used Jobscore for the last year and it's fantastic! It's very easy to upload and post specs across a number of job boards. The candidate interface is great - allowing our very small team recruiting team to respond in a timely fashion. The platform also provides indicators if candidates have already received a reply from someone on your team.
Dan Arkind a sharp guy and went out of his way to ask us about our experience (we were a bit taken aback!). Jobscore offers simple integration with our custom jobs page which allows the recruiting team to manage positions without asking for pushes on the site. Jobscore also tracks referrals well - both internal and external. The one thing that might be more helpful in the future is some way to batch upload candidates from other sources (we have a number of candidates from individual university postings). They offer the ability to do this by sending over the info (which is great) and it would be awesome to see this improved in the future.
We've explored shared candidates on a number of occasions and it this database continues to grow. For a startup company with limited resources, Jobscore has done a tremendous 'job' building an easy to us service that allows us to effectively reach candidates, identify the best places to post (analytics) and progress through the hiring process. It's also been nice to see them make a number of improvements. Over the last month they've integrated with more job boards and the team is responsive to user feedback.
Let me know if you have any other specific questions!
Cheers,
Nick
Hi Nick, Thank you for your help with this! I really like Jobscore's interface and appreciate the feedback. Are you using the upgraded service plan? If you are using the free plan, has the sharing of resumes been detrimental in that the resume is shared with other recruiters before you have a chance to connect with the candidate?
I look forward to your response.

We use the free service and to date have not experienced an issue with resume sharing. Our application process requires candidates to submit a unique cover letter and I believe a majority of people who take the time to construct this letter have a vested interest in the company. At this point, we have a bit of a head start in that we know the candidate would like to work at SCVNGR and if another recruiter reaches out to this person it's our responsibility to sell them on the company. This head start (for lack of a better term) in our opinion outweighs the downside of sharing information.

Hi Tracy,
My opinion would be biased of course, since I am answering this on behalf of Zoho Recruit.
So I'd connect you to some of our customers who have shared their experiences with Zoho Recruit.
Some experience that are listed on our site - https://www.zoho.com/recruit/testimonials.html
You can also take a look at Zoho Recruit's Overview video. Let me know if you have any questions.
Hey!
I think SmartRecruiters will meet your needs, and more. We emphasis a simple platform and collaboration. Within our Entirely Free applicant tracking system, each candidate has a Facebook style wall, where comments can be made on their resume, qualifications, impressions, etc. to consolidate the consensus opinion of the the stakeholders in each hiring process. Why share only a resume, when you can share more, such as an online profile, and all comments & notes of each candidate?
We can also mass post your jobs to the Internet's top free, niche, and commercial job boards. Our recommendation system shows you which channels have historically brought in the type of candidate for the type of position that you need.
Full Disclosure: I work at SmartRecruiters because I believe it is the next generation of recruiting software.

Hi Tracy:
We use Job Score and I think it is simple to use. I have allowed my clients access so that they can track progress and access resumes at will. I can echo what Nick said above. Dan Arkind has been very helpful and responsive anytime I needed help.
