Sourcing Executive Level Sales Pros

I'm interested in networking with other Sales Recruiters who are searching for top-flight talent in sales. Anyone using tools that are working for them out there? Anyone have successful strategies?

Of course, my company only wants to hire employed sales people. Sales people seem to only look for new gigs when things aren't going well. Sourcing them? Wow, it's a challenge.

Anyone got ideas?

I have had limited success with:
SalesLadders
Execunet
LinkedIn

I just tried using skype, which has led me to some new people.

I haven't found googling to be particularly successful. Anyone else?
