My client is looking for someone who has experience in High Tech "IT" Staffing with their own contacts - must be located on Long Island , NY.
Position is Not a Staffing Postion - it is selling an Outsourcing Solution but the "IT" staffing is a good background.

Base pay is up to 125K

I am Willing to work with Recruiters on a 50/50 Split basis

Seeking Established Sales Executive with Significant experience and demonstrated success in selling Staff Augmentation / Outsourcing or I.T. Staffing services

"Company" is looking for an aggressive hunter that has demonstrated consistent success in selling staff augmentation, I.T. staffing services and /or outsourcing. This is an individual contributor role focused on building a new account base for our outsourcing practice.

The Sales Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding established sales goals for the Company’s On-Site (Outsourcing) practice. The Sales Executive role is an aggressive outside sales and business development position charged with increasing the Company’s revenue derived from Staff Augmentation services.

Responsibilities include:

· Management of the sales cycle, leading multiple sales efforts concurrently and responsible for lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, proposing, and closing On-Site solutions to clients

· Targeted cold calling, sales calls, and specific lead generation activities targeted at uncovering new business opportunities or closing new sales

· Active participation in the development of lead generation campaigns
· Document all sales activity in CRM database

A successful individual will need to have the following skills/characteristics:

· Significant experience and a book of business in the Staff Augmentation and/or Outsourcing industry and a demonstrated history of successfully selling similar solutions

· Superior, proven ability to locate, qualify and close sales opportunities, penetrate new accounts and uncover or create opportunities

· Ability to understand customer needs, identify key requirements, and provide compelling customized solutions
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Charismatic personality
· Self motivated

Position is based in Long Island, NY and will require candidate to be OnSite with travel to client sites located in the NY metro area.
