Talent Acquisition Consultant

This position for an Executive Search firm in Houston, Texas, will primarily market candidates which are in our growing network of qualified professionals to companies throughout the US and Internationally. In addition, this position will focus on sourcing candidates within a diverse range of skills by utilizing our enhanced resources and advanced in-house technologies.

To successfully perform in this function, an individual must be assertive, organized, mature, be able to think strategically, posses good judgment, have a strong desire to succeed, and be ethical. Excellent people skills, oral and written communication skills, are a must as well as the ability to analyze situations and develop a solution. 2+years of third party recruiting experience is required.

The ideal candidate should have a 2 year degree, at least 2 years of previous experience in either Direct-hire or Temp-to-hire, a strong track record in placement and marketing areas. Problem solving and management skills are immeasurably important. Ability to effectively advise, counsel, guide, negotiate, and tactfully deal with people. Must be capable of producing defined results within an unstructured environment and have the ability to identify and respond to changes in priorities.
