Is there such a thing as Recruiting Event Management Software?

My company, which works in employment advertising, will exhibit at nearly 200 career fair/recruiting events next year. In addition, we'll be hosting a dozen or so of our own career fairs. Is there some type of software or web app that can help me with the logistics, planning, execution of these events? Any advice is welcome!

Jason I'm not aware of any event management software, but we've been using BaseCamp as our primary project management software for some time and we LOVE it. Everyone has access to information, reminders, milestones, documents -- it was the perfect solution to make order out of our chaos.
