Apart from Karen of course because she NEVER lies, what are the most common lies used in Recruiting? Come on, admit to telling even the smallest of lies to do your job well. You will feel so much better for it and you might even have some fun along the way.

I will speak to every candidate out there.
I will find you the best candidate for the job.
This is the best candidate in the market.
I really can’t cut my fees any further.
I make 300 calls a day.
You are the best candidate I’ve met.
My client thought you were a really good candidate.
Your Resume looks great.
You look great.
Hi, how are you? I hope you are well.
I don’t know what the salary range is for this position.
My client will pay whatever it takes to get the best person.
The future opportunity for you in this company is fantastic.
You will not be sorry about taking this job.
Of course I’m not concerned about my fee.
