First, a quick thanks goes out again to J William Tincup and his December series profiling 61 recruiting bl...! For those that did not participate, one of the question that we answered was, "Any scheduled changes to your blog in 2009?"

I am pleased to write today that I have made the first step towards developing my "what's new in 2009" which is adding regular video posts at The Recruiting Front Lines. I just posted my first video, and would love to get some feedback.. Yes, it's too long, and yes, I should speak more clearly in a couple places- I'm on those two. However, I'd like to hear what your first impressions of the video are, and what you suggest to upgrade it.

The Video

To give you a better understanding of my focus for the video series, I'm targeting Corporate Recruiters and HR Directors. Through regular posts and videos, I'll be promoting the tremendous benefits of a fully staffed and funded recruitment program, and necessity of having a fully developed employment branding strategy in place.

Thanks in advance!

Hey Jason, Just watched the vid.. Don't think it is too long at all... maybe not taking the glasses off and scratching the eyes during it.

Would be interested in hearing more..... I've had discussions with my HR counterparts before about the dangers of hiring all A grade people... no one will want to do some of the not so nice jobs....

Cheers

Dan
