It's all Dutch to me.
It says (in short) that the USA is trendsetting in the field of recruitment and the top 25 is a good list of weblogs for inspiration for recruiters in Hollland / Europe (with a link to the top 25 of recruiting weblogs).

A reference is made to a list made by HRlog.nl based on Alexa that measures the popularity of jobsites in the Netherlands.

Thanks. I really appreciate it.

I guess Recruiting is a Conversation after all.

How about making RecruitingBlogs.com the third truly global recruiting blog using Yahoo's Babel Fish. The Recruiting Animal is already being read in Japanese which makes him the second. I think John Sumser was the first but The Animal was the first to have the photo's translated too. Hey, is that really Joel Cheesman or a brazen misrepresentation?
Hey, John:

It looks like Ning's editor doesn't like long URLS. Have you tried using TinyURL? It worked for me -- see below.
Jason, haven't you ever done a text block cut-and-paste from your desired foreign language webpage into http://babelfish.altavista.com/ ? Yes, the translation's a bit rough, but would've sufficed in both your examples.
Hey Glenn, I had never heard of it before. I talked to Ami a couple of time today about a couple of things and he explained how it all works. Amazing!
Its Dutch in summary i paraphrase...

I get the question regularly about the use of social networks, new media, etc with regard to recruiting in America. The answer is: yes, those tools are commonly used. But the nature of their mentality these are best undertakn in United Kingdom and US but in my opinion not in continental Europe.

For inspiration I look at lijstje (counterpart of our HRlog top 10 career) with 25 American recruitment blogs.
