I appreciate the concern which is been rose. The things need to be sorted out because it’s not about the individual but it can be with everyone.

As a recruiting I will always need access to a list of top resume sources. I use WizTalent (recruiting software from WizioTec). It provides seemless integration with LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, .. It is just 1-click to import a resume from any of these source into to my workflow process (source, shortlist, prequality, ..). All I have to do is search the resume source, review the search results and pick. I am able switch between resume sources instantaneously based on the criteria used for search. Hence I am able to manage recruting for lot more open positions and make 30% more placements.

The new release of WizTalent expected to be out in next few days has integration with social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, ... I track my candidates on the social media and currently it is taking lot of my time. I heard this feature will address my issue.

I have experience using TalentHook and InfoGIST. They are not efficient since they just dump resumes and you don't know how to deal with them. Not only they cost you time, they also cost you uncessary resume views from you jobboards account.

I have also used Bullhorn. The software has too many issues/restrictions and I wasted 1 full week of my time (I could have made a placement) until I finally realized that it is not really developed with recruiter and hiring team in mind.

You can check out details about WizTalent at http://www.wiziotec.com/wiziotec_software_service.htm

The comments about Bullhorn were made by another staffing and recruiting software vendor so they are biased. Jeff, if you are interested in Bullhorn, we'll put you in touch with any number of our 1,400 customers and 14,000 users worldwide - all of whom are staffing and recruiting professionals. The software is built for staffing and recruiting firms.

Thank you for thinking about Bullhorn and I can appreciate your need to do the proper due dilligence. Choosing software is a strategic decision.

No, but I have found LinkedIn and Zoominfo to be particularly useful. Also, a couple of free job portals have helped.

I use Linkedin, Realmatch, Google and Zoominfo.
I will never anything that makes me pay upfront before it delivers results.
