Hi all,

Does anyone have a sample/blank split fee agreement and a regular contingency contract client agreement they could share with me ASAP?

Btw, I have an Independent Contractor Recruiting Agreement that my lawyer drafted up, so I can share with anyone who needs this.

Generics only go so far... You may not be protected and can be taken for a ride. My advise: use a generic as a starting point, then have a good small business attorney review it and add additional legal language as indicated. It should not take them more than an hour and a half.
