In the fast-paced world of talent acquisition, saving time is paramount to securing top-notch candidates. One powerful solution gaining prominence is the integration of automation into recruitment processes. By harnessing the capabilities of automation, organizations can not only expedite the hiring journey but also enhance the overall efficiency of their recruitment workflows.

If you use jobteria.com, hiring managers can review, rate and discuss applicants in a private message thread that is created for each applicant, and keep all communication for that role in one organized location.

Hello, I am new to this site and new to recruiting. Currently working for a VERY small government contracting company and need to start hiring Engineers. Today’s task writing a Job description for a Mid level Software Engineer, my bosses want it to be innovative and stand out. The competition in this area is fierce and as a small business that is considered a "risk" I need to sell this company by writing a killer add. Any advice?

I have been a recuiter for 5 years in the real estate industry. Our industry is changing so much and I need to find some new ways to recruit. I also need to look at some new contact and drip marketing programs.

I've been asked to put together a business plan for a new IT 'cold' desk attracting high calibre IT consultants for clients in London and Dubai.

Has anyone started an IT Desk from cold and like to share their thoughts?
