I think that the most important feature that current search-for-passive-candidates tools must have is the ability to search social networks.

In a recent posting I said that the eGrabber product Resumegrabber can't parse LinkedIn profiles at this time. I thought it was an upcoming feature. I have to admit, I was wrong. The current product *will* get the name and the phone/email if they are included. It grabs the document as well and highlights the keywords you are looking for.

However, if the user also gets the eGrabber so-called "Driver" "LinkedIn to Excel" it will extract all the 20+ fields!
