We should all select sites and services that we like and move on if something doesn't work for us, right?

Recruit Alliance is a site I like. It is a competitor that has been around much longer than BountyJobs. They are smaller and do not advertise as much, so many people have not heard about them. The site has a friendly feeling to it. It was built by experienced recruiters who have thought this through.

I have been a happy RA subscriber for 3+ years now and I am interested to see more people join (employers, especially! :)). Some of our employer relationships were built starting with our submissions on the site. We made a number of placements there (about 20 or so). The site also has a split job board which we currently use for our direct job orders.

The only fee recruiters pay is a membership fee at $75/month. Employers currently post for free.

Here's what's on now:
The current recruiting fees vary mostly between 20% to 25%, in some cases 30% for full time openings.
Here are some employers who posted in the last few days: Hamilton Sundstrand - Division of UTC, National City Bank, Wilbur Smith Associates, The Bank of New York Mellon, Bausch & Lomb, Stryker Orthopaedics, Harris Corporation, Sony Ericsson, Aspen Valley Hospital etc.
The jobs are in Healthcare, Engineering, Aerospace and Defense, Finances etc. with salaries anywhere from $50K to $200K+ per year.
