I agree with Glen's points. I have also questioned some statements from the original ROI ERE article by Shally; in particular, I disagree that a practicing sourcer is not a good teacher, and only a person who doesn't source and does full time teaching can teach well. I wrote about it in Maureen's group on ERE.

It would be very interesting to hear what others think.
