I am a staffing recruiter and in my business I have learned that companies are scared to bring people on board because of the recession. I know that being afraid will not get us where we need to be "as a country.” We need to start thinking about our action plan. What are we doing to get the RIGHT people on board? Is my staff motivated? If not, how can I assure them that today is a good day and that no matter what happens in the economy things will turn around? Make sure that you have the RIGHT people on board who will stick it out! This is the time to start evaluating your company as a whole and begin to make smarter business choices.
