In fact one of the sales execs from Indeed.com gave it to his sales reps to source new leads. Version 2.0 is now in the app store and works with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. There's no Android version yet but the website is mobile friendly and looks great on any Android screen. Developed by CareerCloud.com, a new social recruiting startup, the app has already tracked more than 2.5 million new jobs since it launched in the spring of 2011. It aggregates online articles and news items about companies that will be adding jobs, either immediately or in the near future. Then it catalogs them by grabbing the number of jobs mentioned and the state they’ll be created in. Comment on: Blog Post '4 Google+ Features that Recruiters will LOVE': ontact management features are still crude as they are in Gmail. Little facility to really maintain information on contacts or attributes (company, location, last contact, etc.). If I were designing + (which obviously I'm not), I would focus on the ability to maintain and manage contacts by properties, location, and other data. Just dropping a contact into one or more 'circles' really provides little functionality unless you have so many circles/properties/locations that itself becomes untenable. Long way to go and not much better than Gmail contacts. You can group there too and don't have all the desktop real estate taken up by all the pretty 'circles'. Just MHO.
