Guest Kevin Grossman TheTalentBoard.org
A poor candidate experience is destroying your Consumer Brand! Or at least that is what the Employer Branding Experts would like you to think. Obviously there are a lot of variables that go into calculating the impact that a poor candidate experience may or may not have further along the engagement chain with a specific consumer brand. Logically it makes sense right. I mean this company just rejected you as a candidate. Why would you want to buy their product or service especially if the experience was less than professional? But is there any evidence that can ties the two experiences together?
We’re going to be discussing that
RIGHT NOW!
If only there was a company that offered to survey candidates that went thru your company’s hiring experience and find out what happened. Luckily today’s guest is from The Talent Board. The Talent Board is a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. They send out somewhere in the neighborhood of 200,000 candidate surveys every year on behalf of their clients. My guest is a prolific blogger and writer and also happens to be the current President of The Talent Board. ORG
