Candidate keep looking at options till he / she joins.. more greedy.

Most likely candidate will join after accepting the offer

No guarantee that candidate will join though he/she accepted one the offer

Straight forward approach

Running around the bush

Quick decision making

Takes more time to make decisions

Not much hard working

Hard working

Do not take much risks

Take risks

Business friendly staffing methods.. contract / Permanent

Not that extent

Candidate not worries about brand much

Candidates are brand conscious

Does n’t bother small or big company

It is concern

Not much..most of them disappear in December month

Embrace festivals and culture etc

Less worried about office /work during the week end

Work conscious even in the weekends

Even un employed people will not compromise on entertainment

You have money and you enjoy more.. attitude

Spend more out of their earnings
