1.Present a Neat Personal Appearance and Be Prepared.
People watch the way you speak, the dress you wear and attitude you carry.. very important.

2. Research about the company
Know the company about their establishment, key people, size, locations, domain and skill expertise etc. You will be asked by atleast one person in the entire process.

3. Research Your Route
Figure out the distance and approximate time it takes to reach the venue. It will take double time in peak hours.

4. Be Early
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the Schedule. Go to the restroom, calm down, check your appearance. Announce yourself, but not too early. The interviewer might be meeting with another candidate.

5. Stay Calm, Pay Attention, Listen Carefully.
Don’t just wait for your turn to talk. Listen to the question that is being asked, and answer it.
Don’t just jump in because you think you know what is being asked, cutting off the question. No one likes to be interrupted.
Take time to breath and try not to come off as too nervous.

6. Have Knowledge About the Company and Ask Questions.
Make sure you know about the company, and ask original questions. But that doesn’t mean stump the interviewer or make him uncomfortable. Show interest about the business and culture of the company, and the position for which you are interviewing. Don’t just sit there waiting for the next question, like an interrogation.

7. Do not cover up
Do not try to cover up if you do not know exact anser.Interviewer will easily find you.

8. Sell Yourself
Talk about your greatest accomplishments and how you used your skills to achieve them. The problems you faced and how you overcame them.
If that’s difficult or complicated, write it down and work on being able to communicate it plainly.
If the interviewer wants to know more, then go into greater detail.

9. Follow-up
Send an email or handwritten note thanking the interviewer for his time. If you haven’t heard anything in a week, inquire by email or phone call as to when they might be making a decision.

10. Don’t Panic
If you don’t get the position, it’s too bad, but it was still a solid step on your journey to a new position.
Every interview gives you more experience and confidence in the process. Continue marketing yourself while you are waiting for a response, don’t just stop everything and wait for the phone to ring.
You might find something better during that time, who knows?
