Airbnb was Founded in August of 2008 and based in San Francisco, California, Airbnb is a trusted community marketplace for people to list, discover, and book unique accommodations around the world — online or from a mobile phone or tablet. Of course this can include software development, Tech Writing, etc. Now  AirBnb is not well known in the staffing world. And not a lot of recruiters try to source there . The reason is simple they do not know how. Well to do this without worry you need go no further than into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, called x-raying.

So to source within Airbnb you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the one below.
