Launchpad is a software collaboration platform that provides: Bug tracking · Code hosting using Bazaar and Git · Code reviews · Ubuntu package building and more. It can also be a great place to source. However most recruiters don’t think to source there because they are not sure how. Simply reach into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, a simple xray search with some extras, and a whole lot of website searching

So to source within Launchpad  you simply need to use a skill known as xraying, like the one below.

If you run the strings above in google you will get the results below.

Now of course this is generic so simply add what you are searching for to the string.

Now once you open up the url you will see be in a project. Simple click on the project name at the top and you will get to the project overview only this time you will see who is in the team.  Click the all members button on the right and walla list of all member. Now if you want emails you can join and sign in however in most cases allot of the info you need is right there. Now of course you can just search within the sits itself but there will eb some
