How to Syndicate Your Recruiting Videos

Jobs in Pods, the audio jobcast company, is proud to announce the launch of their new Recruitment Video Distribution Service (RViDS) for employers. Traditionally, recruiting videos have just been accessible on the company career page but this new syndication service will distribute it across the internet on the top video sharing sites and podcast directories.

“Employers are increasingly looking to get their media into the hands of passive candidates for branding and recruiting purposes. Our service will spread their message to places they have not gone before”, says Chris Russell, Jobs in Pods’ Founder and Chief Jobcaster. “They need to realize that there is a wider audience who wants to watch other than those who just logon to the company web site.”

The service will distribute an employer’s recruitment video to the following video sharing sites: Youtube, Yahoo Video, DailyMotion, MySpace, Veoh, Viddler, and Vimeo. Each video will be described with plenty of text and keywords to describe the contents.

Videos will also be published on Jobsinpods.com as well as various podcast directories such as MediaFly, Podcast.com, PodcastPickle, Zune and iTunes. The Jobs in Pods RSS feed will now feature both audio and video files. Initial clients for RViDS include Edward Jones and Trustmark Insurance.

“Today’s companies must think of themselves as their own media outlet”, Russell says. “They have to be proactive about recruiting and use online marketing to its fullest potential in order to hire the candidates they seek. Distributing your video online will enable it to get more views and tell your employment story.”

Pricing for RVIDS costs $249 per video. Click here for more details. Or call 203-572-2053.
