Those of you with an iPhone or iPod Touch can now create visual job ads on the fly with a new app called InstaJob. It's available for download - $2.99 in the app store until August 31st when the price goes to $4.99. I've been working with employers like Amtrak on testing it and you can check out their Instagram page to see all the "instajobs" they've created.

The reason we built this app is because when you post things on social media with a picture attached it gets more clicks/shares/retweets. In addition to that, the app will help your employment brand by empowering you to take more pictures of your business, office and employees. Thirdly, it will help drive more online traffic to your career site since each picture has it emblazoned across the bottom. Learn more.

Note for Android users: this app costs over 10k to build so we have to prove it first on iOS before committing to another version. Apps are expensive to build so if this version sells we'll take it to other platforms.
