Cover Images
The first thing you should do when you make the switch to Timeline is update your Cover Image. This is the large image at the top of the page. Try to be creative and choose something that's eye-catching and displays your employer brand well. The Cover Image should be 851 x 315 pixels. Smaller images will be stretched out to fit these guidelines.
To change your cover photo, go to your Facebook page and click "add a cover". Choose a new photo, or add one that's already on your Facebook page. You are allowed to drag the picture and reposition it if you choose.
Profile Pictures
Your profile picture stands out on Facebook, for companies it's best to use a logo as your profile picture. This is another way to display your employer brand on your Facebook page. This photo should be square, and should be at least 180 x 180 pixels.
