This is part 4 of the Methodology, Enhancement. In part 3 we talked about Scraping, now that we have that done it’s time to Enhance the results.
For the purposes of this methodology Enhancement means finding more info, such as; emails, phone, social sites, etc.
Obviously, there are many methods to enhancement. For example a boolean string “persons name” (email | phone | Cell | contact) will find some of the data that qualifies as enhancement.
Of course there are a plethora of tools that can do this as well. Tools such as; Hiretual, Seekout, Toofr, Loxo, Blockspring, knowem, and many many more. In some cases this is a one at a time thing. In others it is a CSV upload. Either way you can enhance the list so that they can become viable candidates.
Once they are all enhanced you simply upload to your ATS or CRM and your on to the final step
