A rogue band of squirrels called the "Recruiter Attention Seekers" have stepped up their tactics to get the attention of PRODUCTIVE RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS. They are now taking their act from the tree outside your office to your desk!! Windows seem to be the way they are gaining access.

 

Do not feed or play with them - beyond the simple afternoon distraction they will attack and bite.  If you are bitten you will be out of production for at least a week.

At least your squirrel is relatively small.  The black squirrels at Kent State take up a lot more space:
