There is no clear path to continuous process improvement, expect hiccups along the way #TLSContinuum

One of our program offerings is titled In Plain Sight. I call it because one of the clearest path to improving your organizational processes is to remove those roadblocks to your systems which are stopping you from meeting the demands of your customer. The reason I call the program In Plain Sight is because these roadblocks are there every day. You have not found and removed them because you have not looked.

The TLS Continuum tells us that as an organization we must strive to be better at what we do each and every day.
