Thus investing in pupil/people ...for future potential, sustainability to have stream of skilled , trained manpower that can be harnessed over time.

Attrition in the above context.

understanding and defining/interpretation attrition...exploring the causes, steps required to stem .


how to promote or rather nurture ...healthy balance or encourage cross-gender relations among employee's
...ideally translating into off campus ...intermingling and sustained relationships...resulting or translating into bonds ....some expertise , exposure to treatise on social behaviour sciences ...required

...pro's , con's sustainability ...productivity ...impacts on organization and individuals ...both from the point of financial , emotional, social security .

understanding , interpreting ...concepts, schema such as stock options, share in profits ...ability to identify with the company ...side-effects, management/mis-management....merit...demerits of such charter or schema.

also rationalizing with a job or position that would offer a life time employment with all basic human requirements taken care of ...along with safe retirement options.

All thoughts ...suggestions are welcome....rationalization...comprehendability ....viz. given dealing with IQ quotient .....like what is usually termed a blue color job work force and a white color job work-force, translating into individual and group-of-individuals[union's...etc] intellectual maturity.
