It is without a doubt something I greatly find incredible - there are few things in staffing more imaginable that can create maximum outcomes - in so many words bring to pass the hires, fills, offers, and matches that are necessary for staffing success.  What is it that creates this?  The Rascal Flatts have uncovered the very key with one word - UNSTOPPABLE.

During the 2010 Olympic Winter Games - the Rascal Flatts created a video emphasizing amazing results and success for Olympic Champions through a music video which featured athletes finding new heights not before imagined.  It was so incredible in fact that to see amazing champions rise to their apex, I was just to a point of really sitting back in awe, admiring and taking stock in the fact that so many staffing outcomes, and success realizations only come about by being unstoppable.

Today, think of all the folks you meet that have some form of staffing subject matter expertise, and realize for just a moment, that whatever it is you undertake and where you have witnessed the most successful talent promulgators of the world, and what is it that sets the greatest apart?  A few points here:

• Unstoppable Courage in the Face of Adversity
• A genuine approach to candidate relations - they aren't just a widget or piece of capital equipment, or aren't viewed as only a "resource", but are really valued in the interview process with great candidate experience focal points.
• An Unstoppable approach to sourcing, screening, and putting together the most qualified and diverse slate of candidates for success.
• Unstoppable and unwavering when the deck is stacked against them.
• One whom is Unstoppable in holding others accountable, while still maintaining a fine balance for staffing success.

Think of these Olympic Champions - they are set apart because they see the goal and don't let it get away, but rather set the tone for success by being disciplined, patient and forthright.  

Unstoppable is not just a word, but a culture, and being one whom is unstoppable will set the bar high, facilitate great outcomes, and move the direction of faith to closure, enabling fills, satisfied managers, and opening doors to successful steps.  

That is the joy, when you have pushed yourself, and harnessed enthusiasm and grit to get to the goal - it is this that enables the Olympic legends.  Nothing could be so important to staffing than going for an UNSTOPPABLE goal, until only the results of filled jobs are remaining, and recreate new cycles for greatness by fostering a culture as such.  This is why leaders are so vital to staffing, but the fact engagement is the key to unwavering, and unfaltering outcomes.  UNSTOPPABLE - a philosophy not only for recruiting but for life.
