PPC, or pay per click, is a strategy many marketers use to buy keyword based traffic to their websites. In fact, many companies from startup to Fortune 50 spend millions of their advertising budgets on "owning" certain keywords each year. So why wouldn't you try PPC for recruitment marketing? The best recruiters think like marketers, right?
Well, yes - but we don't always have to use the same strategies.
Bottom line, I don't think you should use PPC for recruitment marketing. But don't worry, there are other ways to target your audience and find the right candidates with paid advertising.
