Thanks for the welcome...I am just taking it all in at the moment as it does seem like there is lots of valuable information here! Thanks again for touching base!
Thanks for the heads-up on the other tv website. At the moment, I am just trying to reconnect to the recruiting world. I was formerly with a tpr agency and after a year away, I have joined a small co. that works in the govt contracting industry. Having been away, I will probably be lurking more at the moment, but as I get back into recruiting, will be happy to share.
Thank you. I am always looking for new ways to network for recruiting and for my full time job as an account manager for TalentHook. Likewise; if there is anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Hi Bill,
thanks for your invitation.
I am currently working as a Passive Recruiter looking for Junior/Semisenior Video Editors based in Poland, with advanced English skills and solid understanding of video postproduction tools and processes. I would be really thankful if you could give me some guidance or tips regarding how or where to find the right people on the Internet. I speak English, German and Spanish, but not Polish, which makes it a little bit difficult.
Passive recruiting is a new, interesting field to me. So I am open to learn as much as possible about it.
Thanks everyone in advance for your assistance!!
This is new to me and seems very interesting so far. Listened to an interview yesterday and was very good.
Been in the business for 26+ years and things in this business never stay the same. I would love to join your group and look forward to helping any way I can.
Bill - thank you for the welcome. Having been in recruiting for a number of years, I am always looking for new ways to recruit and to sharpen my skills. Sometimes the old ways are not always the best ways, especially when working with high tech individuals. We need to stay ahead of the curve or at least try to be on the curve as it is happening. I do enjoy working with other professionals and learning.
I look forward to being part of the xtremerecruiting networking group.
Thanks for the comment Bill - I am a real fan of xtremerecruiting and your interviews with top billers.
I love the fact that they are all so unique - it is a great message that we can all achieve by being authentic and leveraging our strengths - we do not have to become hollow clones of someone else.
Thanks Bill!
It's amazing how soon and how effectively one can build a network of like-minded people.... its great to be able to share ideas and thoughts with professionals who have been there done that and are willing to help others 'get there'. ;)
Looking forward to contributing....
Cheers,
Amrita.
