My name is Michael Glenn. I am a corporate recruiter and currently working for inComm. We have about 600 employees. We need to get an Applicant Tracking System. I need some help on this and hopefully you can give some recommendations.

I've completed a demo with Monster.com ATS. The price on this puppy aint cheap. I am still in sticker shocker. But, I was impressed with their ATS. I don't know if it takes a year and a day to load stuff into their database, but I'll let you all know soon.

Maxhire says they are for agencies and contractors only. Their ATS is geared towards that line of business.

So, I need some more ATS advice and demos to try out. What do you recommend? I need to run reports for OFCCP, EEOC, NCAA, NFL and all the Gov't agencies.

Being a TRP, I've had an opportunity to work with several ATSs; but from the submission side. iCIMS is my favourite (again, from my perspective). One that I don't like at all: Candidate Manager from candidatemanager.net. So, if you're looking to make your recruiters happy, check out iCIMS! Pretty slick and comprehensive.
