CBREX in an exchange for recruiters and recruiting firms. Its members enjoy 2 benefits

1.They hire locally for Global clients- Being able to supply candidates to companies who are across your borders BUT want to hire in your country
2.They hire globally for local clients- Being able to supply candidates to your local clients who are hiring outside your country OR from outside your country.
Take a look at the video to learn more on how you can take your recruiting firm global by joining CBREX https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyqEYHHxfRs

Question about cost. Do any of you know of any services that provide candidate leads to your CRM and how much do they cost? Based on monthly subscription or volume of leads they provide?

We use the Sugar CRM Community version for sales and need to modify for recruiting work flow.  Does anyone know of Sugar compatible recruiting plug ins?

Resume Parsing, Candidate templates, etc?

Also, I'll be in Chicago for the HR Tech show at McCormick Place 9/30-10/2 if you want to come by and see us or any of the other software vendors.

The approach we've taken to the CRM vs. ATS conundrum is that each represents a different workflow. So we built a workflow design tool that allows each customer to build and use multiple workflows. Typically that's for CRM (sales/BD, sourcing, talent pooling, etc.) and ATS (hiring/selection processes). Unfortunately it seems that many software vendors come up very short when it comes to flexible workflow design and it's really one of the most important components if you want to effectively track any pipeline oriented activity, be it hiring, sourcing, client prospecting, hire readiness of talent pools, segmented CRM tactics, etc.

Thank you for your response. I’m not sure which of the three categories you describe I would fall into. I suppose what I want is a low cost fully integrated solution that includes ATS and CRM capabilities. The question, as always, is which tradeoffs am I willing to accept? Oh, By the way it would be nice if a system would pick up the phone and make calls for me too but I think that may be too much to ask.
