This profile is based on MBA’s and prestigious universities. It has become a game of risk basically take no risk and avoid all risk to survive and collect a check while towing the corporate line. Show profits through layoffs or so called budget cut-backs and at the sign of being held accountable change your management title and or questioned the “corporate strategy”.
