We are looking for individuals with the following requirements: Requirements are: • A willingness to learn • A good driving record • Must be results driven, dynamic, proactive and assertive • Experience with route sales is a plus but not necessary • Computer experience working with Windows applications • Ability to relocate is a plus but not necessary • College degree is a plus but not necessary • Must be willing to have 2 to 3 nights per week of overnight travel • Compensation package is very competitive includes commission, base pay, plus bonus Responsibilities Include: • Fills orders by verifying warehouse pulls; loading truck • Delivers/invoices orders by driving to accounts; unloading order; stocking shelves; creating an invoice and obtaining receipt signature • Completes reports by logging call results and maintaining vehicle records • Keeps vehicle operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; scheduling repairs • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. • Accomplishes sales and organization mission The successful candidate will also have a background that includes demonstrated customer focus; excellent listening, persuasion, and presentation skills; and demonstrated high performance orientation, planning & organizing, sound judgment skills, meeting sales goals, lifting, equipment maintenance, independence, energy level, professionalism, dependability, motivation for sales. Will cover a territory that a higher level rep has, filling in when they are off and selling separate merchandise when they are on. Willingness to move to take over a higher level territory is important. Bottom Line 1. Good driving record. 2. Experience with route sales or something similar. 3. Ability to travel overnight 2 to 3 days a week. 4. Ability to move to another territory when one opens up.
